VISTO: la aprobación de la Ley de Igualdad de Derechos y Oportunidades entre Hombres y Mujeres en la República;
RESULTANDO: que el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social a través del Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres elaboró el Primer Plan Nacional de Igualdad de Oportunidades y Derechos. Políticas públicas hacia las mujeres 2007-2011";
CONSIDERANDO: que el 8 de marzo de conmemora el Día Internacional de la Mujer";
ATENTO: a lo expuesto precedentemente;
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA
Actuando en Consejo de Ministros
DECRETA:
ART. 1º.-
Apruébase el "Primer Plan Nacional de Igualdad de Oportunidades y Derechos. Políticas públicas hacia las mujeres 2007-2011", elaborado por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social a través del Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres, cuyo texto forma parte integrante del presente decreto.
ART. 2º.-
